Our operative arrives at your door in logo workwear and a suitable face covering
- All our staff members at WOW including the office staff have their temperature checked on a daily basis.
- Any member of staff with a high temperature would be asked to isolate and get a test.
- On entering a customers home our team will always wear a face covering.
- Hand sanitiser is available for our team to use before and after visiting each site.
- We respectfully ask our friendly clients to leave the rooms we are cleaning to ensure social distancing.
- We can take card payments over the phone so our team do not need to handle cash or issue change.
- On returning to our office premises all staff in the warehouse area, used for re-stocking, wear a face covering at all times.
- Our offices and vehicles are regularly sanitised with our anti-viral fogging treatment, ensuring that our workplace is Covid-secure.
